Biwater, a UK-based water and wastewater company, needed a more efficient and effective way to manage engineering drawings and related project documents across multiple teams and locations. Working with BlueCielo and its Meridian Enterprise EDM solution, Biwater sought to centralize document control, improve searchability, and better manage access for more than 40 users.

BlueCielo configured and customized Meridian for Biwater with features such as workflow notifications, automated numbering, drawing registers, and intelligent templates. As a result, Biwater now stores around 50,000 documents in a secure vault structure, can quickly find and reuse older project data, and has improved accuracy and control over drawings and file revisions.
