The International Organization for Migration (IOM) required an online knowledge bank system that its global offices could use to access reliable, up-to-date information on migration and individual cases. They contacted Blueberry Consultants to build this system, which needed to facilitate information sharing via a secure point-to-point messaging system.

Blueberry Consultants implemented a solution called IRRiCO, an ASP.NET web application featuring a comprehensive administration interface and a small public site. The system uses a point-to-point messaging process where answered queries are added to a searchable knowledge base. The result is a complete, web-based knowledge bank that provides each IOM regional office with a homepage to publish information and offers authorized users various filters to browse cases efficiently.
