The GSMA, a global trade association for the mobile industry, required a complex migration of its data and analysis service to a new hardware platform without any disruption to its thousands of users. They engaged Blueberry Consultants to move a system consisting of a website, staging site, and databases from three separate machines to a single new server.

Blueberry Consultants performed a scope assessment, set up a test system, and successfully executed the migration with minimal downtime. Following this, the GSMA requested an additional upgrade from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005, which Blueberry also completed on time and within budget.
