Accenta, a Värnamo, Sweden–based manufacturer of emergency lighting for large projects like hotels and arenas, faced an inefficient, paper‑heavy workflow: architects’ drawings were printed, hand‑marked to locate fixtures, estimated and manually entered into calculation software, then rescanned and redistributed—adding time, printing costs and unclear annotations whenever revisions were required.

Accenta adopted Bluebeam PDF Revu to digitize markups and measurements, using custom Tool Chest symbols and calibrated measurement tools that snap to vector data and export directly to their lighting software.
