Premier Mechanical, a mid-sized mechanical contractor, needed to win more work and deliver consistent, accurate information between the office, fab shop and field so they could compete with firms ten times their size. Their challenges included improving estimate quality, eliminating paper-based errors, and making project data reliable and visible across teams.

They implemented Bluebeam Revu to digitize workflows—using custom markups, profiles, tool sets, Batch Slip Sheet, 3D PDFs and Studio Sessions—to streamline bidding, shop communication and owner transparency. The result: more accurate, visually compelling bids and more jobs won; real-time shop visibility that reduced rework; and annual savings of roughly 110,000 sq. ft. of paper ($12–15K) and about 1,000 hours of labor (≈$70K), delivering measurable efficiency and competitive advantage.
