MT Højgaard Commits to Digital Processes

MT Højgaard, a leading construction and civil engineering company in the Nordics, needed a better way to manage the large volume of project drawings and PDFs that drive its design and build processes. Despite broad BIM adoption, the company faced high printing costs, slow revision workflows, and difficulty keeping collaborators working from the latest drawings across multiple sites and partners.

MT Højgaard rolled out Bluebeam Revu and cloud-based Bluebeam Studio across desktops, iPads and SMART boards (about 600 licenses across the group), integrating the tools with Revit/AutoCAD and its VDC processes. The solution centralized editable PDFs, real-time markups, comparison tools and controlled access, cutting printing and revision delays, improving communication and productivity, and becoming integral to BIM training and major projects such as hospitals and the company’s new HQ.
