Ballymore Uses Digital Solutions on Wardian London

Irish developer Ballymore used Bluebeam Revu on Wardian London, a two‑tower project with 764 apartments and roughly 4,000 wraparound balconies. They faced a tight schedule and needed to track each balcony through the construction lifecycle while capturing incremental data to improve processes and accountability.

By using Revu and its Studio collaboration features to edit drawings, mark up progress and share real‑time field-to-office updates, Ballymore streamlined reporting and coordination. The project saved at least one day per week during installation, cut snagging from about 1.5 days to roughly an hour, enabled five‑minute status reports, and produced time‑stamped records and data to drive future efficiency gains.
