NII implemented JDA’s forecasting and fulfillment solutions via JDA Cloud Services and Consulting, launching the system in 10 months and moving from manual Excel uploads to automated Oracle file feeds. The cloud deployment eliminated manual inventory tracking, automated purchase‑order generation, sped up forecasting and reduced maintenance and support tickets, giving NII more time for exception management and a scalable platform to support future growth.
