Tnuva Dairy Increases Service Levels From 87 to 95 Percent While Reducing Inventory Investment and Increasing Demand Visibility

Tnuva Food Industries Ltd.’s largest business unit, Tnuva Dairy, needed to reliably deliver highly perishable dairy products across Israel while keeping freshness, availability and costs in balance. Facing short product lifecycles, structural change and competitive local markets, the company sought to raise service levels and reduce excess inventory by improving demand visibility and planning accuracy.

Tnuva implemented JDA Demand and JDA Fulfillment in a phased rollout (with plans to add JDA Master Planning), creating a consensus forecast and synchronized visibility across stakeholders. The solutions boosted forecast accuracy and replenishment planning, raised service levels from about 87–88% to over 95%, reduced inventory investment and surplus, and improved responsiveness to local market demand while ISCS supported implementation.
