Access Business Group is a full-service outsourced manufacturer and supply-chain provider producing over 185 million units across 398 SKUs for major brands, operating 11 distribution centers across Russia and Europe. Access implemented JDA Warehouse Management in its 11 DCs and JDA Fulfillment at its central planning office, enabling standardized processes, regional transparency and exception‑based planning. The solution cut inventory by 50%, boosted productivity by focusing only on exceptions, sped delivery to customers and freed resources for further improvements, with plans to add JDA Demand for better forecasting.
