Dot Foods, the nation’s first and largest food redistributor, purchases full truckloads from over 830 manufacturers, consolidates products across 10 distribution centers and delivers 118,000 SKUs in LTL quantities to customers in all 50 states and 25+ countries. With rapid growth, tightening regulation and an aging WMS nearing end of life, Dot needed a modern warehouse management platform to act as the backbone for its future strategic supply‑chain initiatives.

Dot implemented JDA Warehouse Management with partner Accelogix using an agile rollout, deploying the first three sites ahead of schedule and under budget. The new WMS delivered high system availability, streamlined integrations and simpler testing, limited downtime, generated momentum for further site deployments and positioned Dot to drive additional cost savings and service improvements across its supply chain.
