Gousto relies on Blue Yonder and Socius24 to manage a 10x increase in customer orders without adding physical labor or warehouse space

Gousto is a London-based recipe box company founded in 2012 that now delivers nearly 2 million meals a month, assembling about 60 SKUs into each of 40 weekly recipes. Rapid, sustained consumer growth created complex warehouse logistics—many perishable and specially handled ingredients, large bulk-to-SKU conversions and surging order volumes—forcing Gousto to manage exponential demand without adding physical labor or warehouse space.

To meet that challenge Gousto implemented JDA Dispatcher Warehouse Management System in 2016 with reseller partner Socius24 (live in six months), integrating WMS with its ERP and pick-by-light conveyor systems and a Socius24 User Service Portal. The solution delivers end-to-end stock accountability, visibility and automation, handles roughly 20 million lines of data per week, and enabled a 10x increase in activity without extra labor or space while boosting speed, throughput and traceability.
