Ingredion implemented Blue Yonder Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfillment and S&OP on the Blue Yonder Platform (powered by Microsoft Azure) and built visualization and COE capabilities to enable cross‑functional planning. By 2023 this drove tangible gains: a 16% reduction in global inventory, a 2% improvement in forecast accuracy, service-level increases of 30% internally and 15% for domestic customers, plus savings from network optimization and faster, more actionable KPI-driven planning.
