Carlson launched SNAP (Stay Night Automated Pricing) using JDA Demand and JDA Travel Price Optimization to quantify price elasticity, incorporate competitor data and generate optimal, demand-based rates. The solution improved forecasting and speed-to-react, delivered a 2–4% revenue lift per hotel, maximized occupancy and profitability, produced ROI within weeks, and has been expanded across the Americas with global roll‑out underway.
