Bradshaw International, the world’s largest supplier of kitchen gadgets based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, faced rapid growth that outstripped its manual systems. The company expanded from a 200,000 sq ft operation with a few hundred SKUs to 1.3 million sq ft handling thousands of SKUs, ~80,000 pallets and about 300 warehouse staff, making spreadsheets and paper processes inadequate for tracking and moving inventory at scale.

Bradshaw implemented JDA Warehouse Management System with JDA Implementation Services to automate inventory flow from receiving to shipping. The solution delivered real-time visibility and control, enabled a 100% paperless operation, improved accuracy and throughput for roughly 30 million cases per year, and scaled to meet special customer needs (including a pick-and-pack program that grew from 42 to ~12,000 orders per week), prompting plans to add JDA Workforce Management to optimize labor.
