Sysco Canada, part of the global leader in foodservice distribution, needed a fast, flexible way to train procurement staff across its widespread warehouse network. With procurement leads short on time and a mix of new and experienced users, the company wanted on-demand refreshers, prep for certification courses and improved knowledge of JDA solution features to drive better results.

Sysco adopted JDA Minutes, a cloud-based video training program (subscribing to the Advanced Warehouse Replenishment channel) to deliver topic-specific, on-the-fly learning. The program reached 75% of procurement staff, improved solution knowledge for stronger inventory allocation analysis and customer service, and enabled targeted assignments for both new hires and seasoned users.
