Blue Yonder’s solution used advanced analytics and AI to optimize assortments at the store level, helping Promart reduce its SKU count from 27,000 to 15,000 and replace 3,000+ low-impact items with 800 high-sales-potential products. The rollout also identified more than $5.5 million in slow-moving inventory for liquidation, driving a 40%+ increase in GMROI and a 10%+ increase in sales in implemented stores.
