BLUE implemented a centralized asset database, automated workflows and online proofing to streamline and digitize the process, enabling Safeway to complete a $100 million private-label repositioning on schedule. The re-stage helped Safeway win Private Label Magazine’s “Store Brand Retailer of the Year,” and Safeway/Albertson’s now uses BLUE to manage more than 1,500 private-label suppliers.
