Johnson & Johnson Vision Care needed a more efficient, visible way to manage promotional materials and artwork for both professional and consumer markets, with the ability to launch products globally while retaining consistency and meeting strict regulatory compliance. Existing processes were functional but lacked the speed and oversight required for large-scale global launches.
JJVC selected BLUE™ to handle project management of labeling, inserts and promotional collateral, supported by global in-person training and ongoing support; BLUE’s SaaS solution met JJVC’s validation, audit and security requirements. Today the system is used in 50+ countries by about 900 users, managed 3,700 projects last year, and serves as a central digital asset repository with roughly 7,500 downloads annually, all run under strict change control with KPIs for continuous process improvement.
