Blue Onion integrated with WAYB’s NetSuite instance (and Celigo) to deliver transaction-level reconciliation, three-way matching and a variance-push workflow, automating about 90% of payout reconciliation. The implementation cut cash payout processing time by more than 50%, reduced the staff accountant’s reconciliation effort from 30–40% to roughly 15–20%, saved at least 8–10 hours per month on month-end close, and produced audit-ready, more accurate financial data.
