SAGA Sciences, parent company to PharmaFreak™ and SD Pharmaceuticals™, is a Vancouver-based maker and distributor of sport supplements with about 25 employees, roughly 180–200 SKUs and a drop-ship model using four manufacturing warehouses. Rapid growth exposed weaknesses in their manual processes: orders taken by phone and email, critical data tracked in error-prone spreadsheets, no live inventory visibility across warehouses, and disconnected systems (Sage, Salesforce and Excel) with a real risk of data corruption.

To fix this they implemented Blue Link’s cloud ERP (including the inter-company component and B2B portal), consolidating inventory, order processing, accounting and reporting into one system. The change eliminated multiple spreadsheets, gave real-time inventory and transfer visibility, improved data security, reduced manual work and sped up operations—allowing the team to focus on customers and confidently manage growth.
