Predator Group is a Jacksonville-based distributor of high-end pool cues (Predator Cues, Poison Billiards, Uni-Loc) serving 250 wholesale customers. Their products require dozens of parts and a complex supply chain: components are ordered, shipped to China for assembly, then returned and distributed. After outsourcing manufacturing they kept a manufacturing-focused, on-premises system and time‑consuming spreadsheets, which led to frequent stockouts, poor remote access for China and traveling sales staff, and hours spent on manual order and invoice processing.

In March 2013 Predator Group implemented cloud-based Blue Link, with a trial, two weeks of onsite training and full data migration. Blue Link now automates purchase orders and reorder alerts, prioritizes backorders (saving at least 10 hours/week), pre-authorizes payments, and auto-emails invoices, packing slips and tracking — cutting daily invoice work from hours to about 10 minutes. Cloud access and stronger reporting improved collaboration and month-end financials, and the company estimates at least $12,000/year in direct savings with further efficiencies expected.
