L & S Security Hardware is a family-owned locksmith and security hardware business based in Brampton with a Toronto location, 14 employees and annual sales of $1–5M. The company manages large, colour-coded inventories across seven service trucks and handles complex projects for high-rise buildings and hotels, but its 15-year-old IBM “clone” system had become unmanageable and lacked essential POS and inventory controls.
