Independent Pharmacy Distributor (IPD) is an independently owned pharmaceutical wholesaler founded in 2015 that supplies FDA-approved generics, brand and OTC products to independent pharmacies and small chains. As a start-up in a heavily regulated market, IPD needed an integrated system to manage inventory, sales and accounting and to achieve VAWD accreditation so it could buy directly from manufacturers and compete on controlled substances.
