AchieveGlobal Canada, a newly independent franchise of The Times Mirror Company that provides training and consulting to many of Canada’s largest companies, faced a tight three‑month deadline to replace its parent company’s heavily customized Lawson ERP. The business had a complex inventory model with configurable kits, bills of materials and third‑party warehousing whose rules warehouse staff did not know, plus multi‑layered customer contracts that required variable pricing logic and a limited real‑time interface for order and inventory access.

AchieveGlobal chose Blue Link’s Solutions Accounting and mounted an intensive implementation that customized built‑in inventory, kitting and BOM features, added limited remote screens for the third‑party warehouse, and simplified then enforced the company’s contract‑pricing rules in the Solutions Elite module.
