Samsung faced the challenge of running an exclusive, invite-only Blogger Lounge at SXSW without the hassle of wristbands or printed tickets. To deliver a seamless, modern check-in experience, Samsung partnered with Blue Bite and used the Blue Bite platform with NFC-enabled cards for attendee access.

Blue Bite’s solution let pre-registered guests simply tap their NFC-enabled cards (or phones) to check in, while Samsung integrated the Blue Bite platform to display each guest’s photo and social handles on a live screen as they arrived. The result was a frictionless entry process and heightened attendee engagement—eliminating physical ticketing and providing real-time, personalized welcomes via the Blue Bite platform.
