AT&T drives over 25-city in-store lift with Blue Bite

Blue Bite helped AT&T measure the impact of an out-of-home advertising campaign on in-store retail traffic. The challenge was to apply store walk-in attribution across a campaign targeting 25 cities, using geofenced street furniture to amplify messaging and determine its effectiveness in driving visits to over 125 AT&T retail locations.

The solution involved Blue Bite's Footfall Attribution service over a 28-day campaign on the East Coast. By capturing exposed device IDs and measuring store visitation, Blue Bite demonstrated a significant in-store visitation lift, reporting over XX,000 store walk-ins. The campaign performed 171% higher than the telecom industry average and provided segmented insights into general and Hispanic market audiences, giving AT&T clear performance measurement.
