Adidas sought to educate customers about its AM4 Speedfactory technology and boost direct consumer engagement—encouraging sign-ups for product drops, restocks, events and raffles—while offering opportunities to customize shoes. To achieve this, Adidas partnered with Blue Bite and used Blue Bite’s platform to deploy QR-enabled stickers on AM4 sneaker boxes and embed NFC in the shoe tongues, guiding users to a bespoke digital experience.

Using Blue Bite’s solution, Adidas delivered a custom interactive experience that explained Speedfactory methodology, captured opt-ins for updates, and ran city-specific raffles to win customizable AM4s. The Blue Bite-powered NFC and QR interactions drove measurable consumer engagement—raising sign-ups, raffle entries and product education while creating new direct-to-consumer touchpoints.
