Wojas, one of Poland’s leading footwear manufacturers with more than 150 stores across Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, wanted to better personalize its online shopping experience but was being held back by ad blockers that interfered with tracking and campaign data. To address this, Wojas worked with Bloomreach and Vecton, using Bloomreach’s Loomi AI personalization platform.
Bloomreach implemented a first-party custom tracking domain and Loomi AI to capture customer behavior more reliably, segment shoppers in real time, and deliver tailored content and campaigns. The results included a 19% increase in revenue per email recipient and a 27% rise in average order value, while giving Wojas a more personalized website experience for shoppers.
