Vivamix, a KitchenAid service and distribution specialist in Poland since 1991, needed a better way to keep customers informed when popular products came back in stock. The company turned to Bloomreach Engagement to solve the frustration of out-of-stock shopping and reduce repetitive availability inquiries.
Bloomreach, working with partner Vecton, implemented automated back-in-stock notifications in Bloomreach Engagement integrated with Vivamix’s ecommerce and inventory data. In the first month, Vivamix sent over 3,000 notifications to 1,600 customers, achieving a 65% open rate, 40% click-through rate, and a 17% revenue lift versus other email campaigns, while also easing pressure on customer service.
