Vitaminstore, a Netherlands-based health and wellness retailer, wanted to improve customer retention as competition in ecommerce intensified. Its old points-based loyalty program was too generic, so the company looked to Bloomreach and its Loomi AI personalization platform to create more tailored customer experiences and encourage purchases of Vitaminstore-branded products.
With Bloomreach, Vitaminstore launched VitaminClub, a tiered loyalty program that used customer data, spending habits, and product preferences to personalize rewards and vouchers. The results were strong: VitaminClub members delivered 33% higher average order value than nonmembers, generated 73% more revenue from branded products, and personalized voucher campaigns drove an additional 6% growth in branded-product revenue.
