Bloomreach implemented Loomi AI to automate marketing operations, cut data latency to next-day processing, speed up campaign execution, and simplify omnichannel testing and reporting. The results were strong: direct marketing road acquisition revenue doubled, sales rose 146%, and open rates for road and insurance communications increased by 11 percentage points, while The AA also gained faster insights and easier campaign optimization.
