Terno, a central European grocery retailer with more than 150 stores, needed a better way to retain customers and bring them back more frequently amid strong competition. Working with Bloomreach and its partner Voxwise, Terno looked to improve ecommerce personalization using Bloomreach’s Loomi AI and marketing tools.

Bloomreach helped Terno launch an “empty fridge” personalized campaign that used customer data to predict when shoppers would need to restock and highlight favorite items and promotions. The result was a 27% increase in conversion rate versus non-personalized weekly campaigns, while also improving customer retention and revenue.
