Nordic Leisure Travel Group, the largest tour operator in the Nordics, wanted a better way for travelers to save, compare, and revisit hotels while browsing across its brands. Working with Bloomreach and its web personalization capabilities, NLTG addressed customer demand for a wishlist-style experience and aimed to capture richer intent data to improve recommendations, personalization, and bookings.
Bloomreach helped NLTG launch “Favorite Hotels” across its tour operator websites, using real-time personalization to store preferences, boost logins, and power smarter segmentation and campaigns. Within four months, travelers who saved at least one favorite hotel converted 4x more often, delivering a 10 percentage-point absolute lift in conversion, while 30% of users actively used the feature.
