Bloomreach helped My Jewellery launch a “style profile test” that let customers share preferences in an engaging, GDPR-conscious way, then used those insights to personalize emails and recommendations. The result was a 55% higher email open rate for personalized campaigns, plus a 30% increase in matched checkouts on Pinterest and a 19% reduction in average cost per checkout after implementing the Pinterest API for Conversions.
