MandM, one of Europe’s leading off-price online fashion retailers, needed a way to put customers at the center of its marketing and overcome disconnected channels and siloed data. The UK-based company turned to Bloomreach, using its email marketing and personalization capabilities to create a more connected customer experience across its seven localized websites.
