MALL.CZ, a leading general e-shop in the Czech Republic, wanted to launch a personalized video campaign to reach computer gamers with tailored product offers. Using Bloomreach Engagement, the retailer needed a way to distribute personalized content effectively and connect its video marketing with customer data and targeting.
Bloomreach implemented the campaign using webhooks and APIs to pass data to Motionlab’s video server, generate personalized videos, and then deliver them through Bloomreach Engagement email. The campaign sent 20,000 personalized videos and delivered strong results: a more than 11x higher email click-through rate and 701% more product value purchased versus the non-personalized control, while also boosting brand awareness and device sales.
