Mailchimp, the world’s leading email marketing provider with 7 million users sending over 10 billion emails monthly and growing by about 6,000 users a day, needed a more flexible, scalable CMS. Their existing solution couldn’t support multiple services for different audience segments or provide centralized, secure control over content creation and management.
Working with Bloomreach and partner Authentic, Mailchimp implemented an Experience Manager–based digital environment that integrates multiple data sources and supports several services. The new platform lets them manage and deliver content across devices, target users by visitor characteristics, and personalize experiences—giving Mailchimp the scalability, centralized control, and expanded content reach they required.
