Bloomreach implemented an on-site sizing weblayer that prompted shoppers with multiple sizes in their cart to get help from Isadore’s support team, and it also powered personalized email recommendations for recycled-material products. The result was a 29% decrease in potential ecommerce returns, with over 69% of prompted customers removing an item from their cart after seeing the weblayer, helping Isadore lower shipping, packaging, and emissions.
