Interflora Denmark, part of the Interflora flower delivery network, needed a better way to manage a complex, nonlinear customer journey across web, mobile, email, and other digital channels. Bloomreach implemented Bloomreach Engagement, a CDP and marketing automation platform, to unify Interflora Denmark’s customer data, migrate existing integrations and communication programs, and replace legacy systems.
