HP Tronic, a major consumer electronics and household appliances retailer in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, wanted a better way to turn first-time website visitors into customers. After previous coupon-and-voucher email tactics fell short, HP Tronic turned to Bloomreach’s agentic personalization platform, Loomi AI, to drive on-site engagement without sending visitors away from the website.
Bloomreach implemented personalized weblayers for HP Tronic’s Datart brand, offering new visitors a €20 voucher directly on site. The first campaign delivered strong results: conversion rates rose to 16.4% in the Czech Republic, a 136% increase, and to 15.2% in Slovakia, a 133% increase.
