How WildTangent Used Bloomreach Engagement to 9X Voucher Redemption Rate

WildTangent, an American gaming company and Bloomreach customer since 2018, wanted to boost engagement with a “six free games” promotion during 2020. Using Bloomreach’s Loomi AI platform, along with email marketing, web personalization, and experimentation tools, the company aimed to help returning customers and partner audiences redeem game codes more effectively.

Bloomreach helped WildTangent build a personalized campaign using vouchers, email personalization, scenarios, and weblayers, with six voucher lists connected in one workflow. The result was a voucher code redemption rate increase from 5% to 47%, a more than 9x improvement, driven by emails and on-site messaging that encouraged users to redeem their games.
