Goossens worked with Bloomreach to improve Google Ads performance by better tracking offline transactions and tying them back to marketing activity. The challenge was that its previous reporting relied on online revenue plus average store-visit values, which did not fully reflect revenue and margin performance or give Google’s algorithms the right signals.
Using Bloomreach’s Loomi AI and Google Ads API integration, Goossens automated offline conversion imports, connected online and offline data sources, and mapped transactions to relevant campaigns, ad groups, and keywords. The result was real-time attribution of offline sales, less manual work, fewer errors, and the ability to optimize toward ROAS/POAS; the company also saw improved omnichannel margin compared with the previous two-month period.
