giggle is an infant and baby goods retailer that curates healthy, innovative and responsible products for new parents. After joining the company, VP of E‑commerce Shawna Hausman found that thin or duplicate promotional pages, “links to nowhere,” and limited staff to produce quality content at scale were undermining giggle’s SEO, inlinking and overall findability across hundreds of SKUs.
giggle implemented BloomReach Organic Search and its Pages feature to create, manage and retire content quickly, using proprietary criteria tags to build thematic pages (e.g., Travel Friendly Gear, Space Saving Furniture). The effort produced 100+ thematic pages, more than 2,300 inlinked pages and a 10x lift in thematic‑page visits from email, while improving organic search discoverability and the site’s link graph.
