Bosch Power Tools, the Bosch Group’s world market leader for power tools and accessories, needed to deliver consistent, localized digital experiences across multiple global sites. Facing rising customer expectations and the need to support B2B, brand-specific and one-off applications, Bosch’s challenge was to create many unique country- and language-specific experiences while keeping a coherent global strategy.
Bosch established a global technology and process baseline and adopted a headless commerce approach using Bloomreach Content, decoupling frontend and backend so sites can be updated without disrupting operations. As a result, Bosch can rapidly build and roll out features at scale, deliver highly personalized experiences by country, and leverage Bloomreach’s integration with SAP Commerce Cloud to drive relevant, cross‑channel conversions.
