Weird Fish, a UK-based fashion retailer, needed better customer insight and more targeted ways to convert curious browsers into buyers to sustain rapid online growth. They partnered with Bloomreach Engagement, using the Exponea Customer Data & Experience Platform and its Plug&Play “Watchdog” price-drop alert to personalize communications and recover abandoned interest.

Bloomreach Engagement implemented the Watchdog Plug&Play use case to automatically track viewed items and send price-drop emails; the campaign drove 913 orders and £42,264.79 in revenue with a 1.79% conversion rate (429% higher than other campaigns), an average order value of £46.29, a 58.60% open rate and a 19.97% click rate.
