MALL.CZ needed a way to boost brand awareness and drive conversions among a highly targeted group of customers (mostly gamers) for a campaign tied to MALL.TV content and device sales. To do this they worked with Bloomreach Engagement, using its Customer Data & Experience Platform to orchestrate personalized communications and manage the complex data and segmentation required for a large-scale, 1:1 video effort.
Bloomreach Engagement enabled integration with a video partner via webhooks and API to create and return 20,000 personalized videos (including customer names, addresses and gender‑specific content), then delivered them through a tailored email campaign. The results were dramatic: click‑through rates exceeded the control by more than 11×, targeted users spent 701% more in the shopping gallery, and the campaign earned public recognition with an industry award — all delivered using Bloomreach Engagement’s CDXP.
