MALL.CZ’s Astounding Personalized Video Campaign with Bloomreach Engagement

MALL.CZ needed a way to boost brand awareness and drive conversions among a highly targeted group of customers (mostly gamers) for a campaign tied to MALL.TV content and device sales. Bloomreach Engagement enabled integration with a video partner via webhooks and API to create and return 20,000 personalized videos (including customer names, addresses and gender‑specific content), then delivered them through a tailored email campaign.
