A Bloomreach Engagement Case Study
WildTangent, a Seattle-based destination for PC casual games, wanted to drive engagement and give players free access to titles during the COVID-19 lockdown by distributing game codes, but needed a scalable, automated way to deliver and track redemptions. To do this they partnered with Bloomreach Engagement (formerly Exponea) and used its Customer Data & Experience Platform — leveraging vouchers, email campaigns, scenarios, weblayers and experiments.
Using Bloomreach Engagement, WildTangent loaded six voucher lists into a single scenario, automated emails and on-site weblayer prompts, and added data checks/delays to fix redeemability issues. The campaign boosted voucher redemptions from 5% to 47% (roughly 9x), increased site engagement, reduced support tickets, and won an Exponies award — outcomes the Bloomreach Engagement platform enabled and that WildTangent plans to replicate elsewhere.
