BrewDog, the award-winning Scottish craft beer company and Europe’s largest craft brewery, wanted to improve the performance of its email marketing. After outgrowing its previous marketing automation platform, the company needed a better way to drive more clicks, conversions, and revenue through more relevant customer communications.
Using Bloomreach Engagement with Loomi AI, Shopify integration, and support from partner Voxwise, BrewDog launched personalized email campaigns powered by real-time customer data such as web activity, recent purchases, and investor status. In split testing across 80,000 customers, Bloomreach helped BrewDog achieve 15.6% more clicks, an 11.5% conversion rate, and 13.8% more revenue versus non-personalized email.
