Topankovo, a leading Slovak shoes, handbags and accessories retailer, faced customer decision paralysis after its expanding product range outgrew the site’s original structure, causing many shoppers to leave without buying. Bloomreach Engagement was brought in to apply its engagement platform and customer-behaviour data to streamline discovery and guide shoppers with targeted messages and incentives.
Bloomreach Engagement implemented incentive-based dynamic banners and checkout pop-ups (set up and A/B tested via the platform in a one-day implementation) to steer attention and reduce friction; 37,683 customers were targeted in 14 days. The campaign drove measurable impact: 58% conversion growth, a 61% increase in orders, and required no IT involvement on Topankovo’s side.
